Grand Rapids Public Schools form.doc
In order to be placed in schools, Fellows must complete two criminal background checks. The first one uses digitally scanned fingerprints using LiveScan. The second is the criminal background check required of the Grand Rapids Public Schools for all people volunteering, observing or doing clinical experiences in their schools. A copy of the GRPS form which you must fill out and submit is attached above.
