Incubation Hub


The Grand Rapids Hub is located at 301 Michigan Street N.E., on the 5th floor of the Cook-DeVos Center for the Health Sciences. Laboratory and office space is available for lease, with access to high tech laboratory instrumentation and services. Lease rates are very affordable for start-up high technology business interests. Amenities include: 

  • High-tech wet labs with cabinetry
  • Access to over 100 pieces of instrumentation, freezers, fume hoods, and bio-safety cabinets
  • High-end conference rooms available providing advanced telecommunication capabilities
