Study Abroad Alumni Association

As a GVSU student who has participated in study abroad, you are now a member of the Study Abroad Alumni Association. 

Here are a few ways you can stay in touch: 

• Share your photos/videos (Bring in a CD or post to Flickr)

• Contribute an article to Global Connections (Contact laneali@gvsu.edu for info)

• Read our bi-yearly SAAA Newsletter

For those of you who are still GVSU students, you can get involved with the SAAA student organization. This group is a place for students to share their international experiences, connect with International Students at GVSU and to stay in touch with PIC and other study abroad alumni. 

Below is a list of some of the activities/events put on by the SAAA student org:

• International Student Mentors

• Blog Contributing Writer/Photographer/Videographer

• Study Abroad Speaker Series (High Schools, Community Centers or GVSU)

• Alumni Spotlight (Interview GVSU SAAA from around the world)

• Study Abroad Fair Volunteer

• Social Events (ex. World Trivia Night, SAAA Potluck, Gelato Social)
