Who's Who?

Ang Lee: Taiwanese director, best known for directing the classic films, Sense and Sensibility, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and Life of Pi.

Jay Chou: One of the wealthiest celebrities in the history of China, he was the bestselling artist in Taiwan in both 2007 and 2008.

Jerry Yang: Former CEO and co-founder of the search engine Yahoo! Inc.

Politics

Ma Ying-jeou: Ma Ying-jeou is a Taiwanese politician and the 12th and 13th term President of the Republic of China, and the Chairman of the Kuomintang. Previous roles include Justice Minister and Mayor of Taipei.

Wu Den-yih:  Vice President of the Republic of China and a member of the ruling Kuomintang Party. Wu was the running mate of President Ma Ying-jeou and was elected Vice President in the 2012 presidential election with 51.5% of the vote. Wu served as Premier from 2009 until 2012.
