Thirty-eight students completed the assessment this calendar year and average proficiency was 2.93, exceeding the target of 2.9. By semester: winter- 2.96, summer- 2.99, fall- 2.84.

2018 Status
Achieved
Twenty-six students completed the assessment, exceeding the target of 2.9 with an average proficiency of 2.94. By semester: winter- 2.98 and fall- 2.89. In the fall semester, one student whose proficiency was 2.0 was from a different COE program taking the course as an elective.

Special education administrator candidates provide leadership to formulate goals, set and meet high professional expectations, advocate for effective policies and evidence-based practices and create positive and productive work environments.
Objective 37 5.4 Special education administrator candidates advocate for policies and practices that improve programs, services, and outcomes for individuals with exceptionalities.
