About
The Disney College Program is an experiential living, learning and earning opportunity that can open doors to the future, as well as create friendships and memories that last a lifetime. Students work in the world-famous Disneyland® Resort or Walt Disney World® Resort, having the opportunity to learn while they earn and gain skills that will be invaluable to their future. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience diverse cultures and make friends from around the globe while living in fully-furnished apartments near the Walt Disney World Resort or the Disneyland Resort. You will spend 5 to 7 months in either Orlando Florida or Anaheim California. You will be working in one of our world famous theme parks, resorts, water-parks, or other areas. The primary focus of the Disney College Program is on transferable skills that can be applied to all college levels and majors. Skills like Time Management, Leadership, Communication, Guest Service, and working with Guests and Cast Members from all over the world in an extremely high volume and fast paced location. Housing and Transportation are offered on both coasts. Lastly, we offer several classes recommended for credit by the American Council on Education which have all been approved for 3 credits each - including the work component of our program. The educational component is required in California. Many networking opportunities are available to advance your career and learn from Executives and Leaders within the Disney Company, one of the most well-recognized and reputable companies in the world.
