The Crohn's and Colitis Student Initiative allows other students with IBD to meet other students with Crohn's and/or Colitis. Meeting are held to allow these students to talk and share stores of what they had to deal with and how they over come them. CCSI also helps to make Grand Valley more suitable for students living with Crohn's or Colitis and helps incoming freshmen with Crohn's and/or Colitis make the transition to a more independent life.
