We are a group of people who love to do yoga (especially for free!) We get together once a week to do some poses and relieve stress. We have a few different people leading us this semester!!

Meeting Times
We meet Sunday's from 7-8:15ish in the dance studio in the fieldhouse. There are a few Sunday's where we meet in the multipurpose room, so pay attention to Stuey updates! Want more free yoga? Kirkhof every thursday at 7:30pm. Here's the link: http://www.gvsu.edu/events/healing-yoga-free-6/ Also, under documents you will find a file named Community Classes. These are being held at Cascade Yoga in Grand Rapids.
