We are RHA. Our goal is collaborating with the Grand Valley student body as well as Residence Life, in order to personalize and enhance the college experience through active involvement, community service, and unique programming and leadership opportunities. Our mission is accomplished through the support of the Housing Department and through the input of Community Council representatives. Our organization thrives on the input of residence hall leaders.

In the coming years we will reach out to departments, organizations, and individuals who are actively seeking feedback from the student body as well as expand the roundtables to talk about the issues/events that are being brought up in different residence halls and offer solution-based workshops. One of the things that makes a university ‘Grand’ is its focus on student development, especially leadership skills. RHA hopes to be a campus leader in student development. It is our hope that residents build from their Community Council and RHA leadership experience and become active leaders across campus.
