INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPROVAL OF ARTWORK
Email the following information to garveler@gvsu.edu
1. Name of club submitting for approval.
2. An attached PDF file, photo or link of the requested artwork.
3. In what capacity will this artwork be used? If it is on apparel, what will apparel be used for (uniforms in games, travel gear for roadtrips, basic t-shirts, etc)?
4. Will the apparel be worn by the team only or will it be sold?
5. Name of business or vendor producing artwork &/or printed apparel.
