Funding Board Meetings

For the 2011- 2012 academic year, the Service and Advocacy Funding Board will meet every other week* at 6:30pm in Kirkhof Center 2264. Funding requests must be submitted, via STUEY, by noon on the Thursday prior to be placed on the agenda.

Fall 2011
August 29th (submit request by August 25)
September 12 (submit request by September 8)
September 26 (submit request by September 22)
October 10 (submit request by October 6)
October 24 (submit requests by Oct 20)
November 7 (submit request by November 3)
November 21 (Submit requests by November 17)
December 5 (Submit requests by December 1)
 

Winter 2012
January 9 (submit requests by January 5)
January 23 (submit requests by January 19)
February 6 (submit requests by February 2)
February 20 (submit requests by February 16)
February 27 (submit requests by February 23) *no meeting on March 5 due to spring break March 3-11
March 19 (submit requests by March 15)
April 2 (submit requests by March 29)*final requests for 2011-2012 funds and funds for 2012-2013 available
April 16 (submit requests by April 12) *funds for 2012-2013 available

Who is on the Funding Board?
The Service and Advocacy Funding Board is comprised of seven appointed student leaders in Service and Advocacy organizations, an ex-officio Student Senate Chair, and an ex-officio Staff Advisor.
