The Orientation Checklist is a form available to on campus departments to use during their orientation process of their student employees.

Listed are some of the subjects that you may want to cover with a student such as confidentiality, internet usage, phone usage (including cell), attendance policy, departments expectations.

Departments can use this in conjunction with the Confidentiality Form.
