Sean is a nationally recognized leader on the subject of Diversity & Inclusion. A noted and Speaker, Educator, Trainer, Writer, Practitioner and Consultant, he is a Cornell Certified Diversity Advanced Practitioner with over two decades of experience in assisting organizations with building sustainable Diversity & Inclusion solutions that help improve organizational performance and reach a broad spectrum of organizational cultures and communities.
Sean currently serves as Director of Intercultural Training, Learning and Development for Grand Valley State University, where he is responsible for the leading initiatives that provide learning and development opportunities that enhance cultural competencies and promote intercultural experiences for Faculty, Staff and Students throughout the University system. In this role, he is also responsible for developing and managing a professional development curriculum to support the institution's commitment to promoting and integrating diversity in all aspects of University life.
Sean is also a Founder and CEO of EnterCulture Consulting Group, a Professional Management Consulting Firm specializing in Diversity & Inclusion Training, Consulting, Marketing and Public Relations. In addition, he continues to serve as an Instructor for Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations where he teaches several courses for the Cornell Certified Diversity Professional Program.
Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree from Siena Heights University and has received formal training from prestigious institutions such as Cornell University and the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He currently resides in West Michigan with his wife Tosha, and three sons, Blake, Kyle and Brandon.
