Kevin Douglas manages the Early In Career, Diversity Recruiting, Sourcing, and Candidate Experience Programs for Amway. He is responsible for developing the programs long term strategy, partnering with various departments to determine future talent needs and identifying universities and trade schools to establish relationships with to develop a pipeline of talent and promote the Amway brand. Kevin's vision for the program and leadership enabled Amway to receive the Michigan Council for Internships & Cooperative Education Employer of the Year award as well as the Outstanding Internship Employer of the Year from Grand Valley State University. Kevin has also been quoted in various publications such as National Association of College and Employers, Grand Rapids Business Journal, MLive and Mibiz.com. Kevin joined Amway in 2004 and has prior experience in a variety of positions ranging from legal, customer relations, engineering, sales, and human resources. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and a certified professional in human resources (PHR).
