Student To Professional
Eliana joined the Career Center in 2012 as the 1st year Graduate assistant. She has the pleasure of advising GVSU students on resumes, cover letters, employment search and graduate schools as well as conducting simulated interviews and organizing events like the Etiquette Dinner. She enjoys guiding students as they discover what they aspire to do with their career.
Prior to joining the Career Center, Eliana worked at a music conservatory giving private instruction in piano, voice and violin. She also performed in the Michigan Opera Theatre, Verdi Opera Theatre and Christ Church Cranbrook. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance at Michigan State University and a Masters in Voice Pedagogy from Oakland University. Currently, she is working on a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Leadership at Grand Valley State University.
