Volunteer Documents

The success of STEPS relies heavily on our passionate volunteers. Even if you can only volunteer for one session, your time and talent is valued. Below please find volunteer forms and Criminal Record Statement forms. STEPS camp is required to submit a Criminal Record Statement for each volunteer working at the camp, as we will be working with minors. The forms are submitted to GVSU Human Resources and remain private. Thank you for your cooperation.
