Application Procedure

Brochure and applications have been mailed.
Completed application forms must be received by the Regional Math & Science Center (GVSU) no later than March 13, 2009. A lottery will be held of all submitted applications.
Applicants will be notified by mail of their acceptance status beginning April 10th.

To get an application form:

Application Form - It is a Word document which can be filled in on the computer and printed for signatures before mailing.
