Descriptions of volunteer categories:
Registration: The headquarters for the day is the registration table. As a registration volunteer, you will register students, give out nametags, distribute schedules, etc.
Session Host: Session hosts are responsible for introducing the student presenters just before they give their 15-minute presentations, and keeping time during presentations.
Greeter: Greeters welcome and direct guests and hand out the Student Scholarship Day abstract booklet. This position serves as a real support system to other volunteer positions and to presenters.
Tear-Down: Tear-down consists of taking down easels, packing-up all materials for storage, and general clean-up during the 5:00PM - 7:00PM volunteer time.
