Quincy Williams is the Director of American Humanics and Internship Coordinator for the School of Public and Nonprofit Administration. Williams earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Service Agency Management and Recreation Administration from Missouri Valley College, Marshall, Missouri, and his Master of Arts from Lindenwood University, St. Charles, Missouri with American Humanics Certification from both institutions.

While attending Missouri Valley College, Williams was an active member of the American Humanics program, serving as vice-president of the AH Student Association. Williams was honored with the prestigious "Humie" award for his outstanding academic, leadership and civic engagement.

Prior to joining GVSU, Williams served as the National Director of Internships and Placement Programs for American Humanics, Inc. where he designed and implemented the American Humanics National Internship, Scholarship and Career Placement Programs. Before joining the American Humanics national office, Williams taught undergraduate classes in the Human Service Agency Management and Recreation Administration field and served as the Assistant Director of the American Humanics program at Missouri Valley College.

Mr. Williams has served on numerous boards including:

  • Boy Scouts of America, Grand Rapids, Michigan
  • American Humanics Alumni Association, Kansas City, Mo.

Williams is married (Michelle) and has two children (Khadijah 13 and Chayce 17 months) and one on the way. He provided the following information for his profile
