Seong-Gin Moon received his doctorate from the University of Colorado at Denver. He also has a Master of Public Affairs and Master of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Agriculture in Landscape Architecture from Kyung Hee University in Seoul, Korea. Prior to coming to GVSU, he was a lecturer and international student director at the University of Colorado at Denver. His primary research interest is in assessment of public-private collaboration in areas such as environmental protection and sustainable development.
