"The GVSU MPA program allowed me to interact with experienced public managers and benefit from their mentoring. The MPA program also introduced me to advanced yet practical public management strategies that I now use on a daily basis. Practice is always based on theory and the MPA program provided a wide range of theoretical models and suggestions on their application in the real world. I graduated feeling that I had a mastery of the art and science of public management … and a better understanding of my role in the process."
