How do I register?

What is included with registration?

  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to keynote speaker luncheon
  • Access to all meals, snacks, and hors' d'oeuvres (Food includes: Friday-luncheon for keynote speaker + snack (bowling + snacks optional), Saturday-business meeting breakfast, small lunch, and heavy hors' d'oeuvres during awards ceremony). 
  • Entry into all competitions and award ceremony 
  • Digital and/or printed conference program
  • Conference name tag 
  • Conference t-shirt

What are the registration policies?

  • Early-bird registration is available until April 1, 2017. An additional $20 will be added to the rates above for registrations processed after this date. 
  • Registration rates do not include hotel accommodations.
  • Checks, cash, and purchase orders are not accepted as payment. 
  • Credit cards are the only accepted payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued for registration fees (less $10 processing fee) if requested by email ([email protected]) by April 1, 2017.
