Sources Guide
The GVSU Sources Guide is a topical arrangement of Grand Valley faculty
and staff members who can serve as sources for reporters in search of
commentary on breaking news stories or subjects for features.
The faculty members listed in the guide are also available as speakers for area
clubs and organizations. Arrangements can be made with the speakers directly
or through News & Information.

| Biography: |
Carol Sánchez is professor of management and director of international business programs at GVSU's Seidman College of Business. A specialist in strategic management, international management, and top management teams, Carol has conducted strategic planning with many small and medium sized organizations. Carol teaches at business schools overseas, and consults on international business education with US universities. She is a Board member of RoMan Manufacturing, FirstHand Aid, serves on the World Affairs Council's Great Decisions committee, and is on two editorial boards.
From 1977-1990 Carol was senior manager for Catholic Relief Services in five Latin American countries. She speaks Spanish and French. She has received four grants from the U.S. Department of Education since 1997 that helped internationalize the College. Her research appears in the Academy of Management Executive, Management International Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Business Education, and Journal of Business Strategies. Her doctorate is in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
