Sibs N Kids Weekend is designed to further foster the relationships between siblings and those left behind when the GVSU student went off to school. We all know that living away from home can put a damper on the development the close sibling bond, so we thought to provide a weekend where the student can host their siblings/guests and participate in many fun opportunities. In turn, this also gives you, the parents, a children free weekend.
Sibs N Kids is much like our Family Weekend that Grand Valley State University hosts in the fall. Our Family Weekend program is designed for the entire family to enjoy a weekend in West Michigan, exploring campus and experiencing the sights and sounds of fall at Grand Valley State University. SibsNKids Weekend is designed for the friends and siblings of the GVSU host student.
Should you choose to participate in the weekend, you need to be registered for the program.
There are many different programs that are offered throughout West Michigan for the parents to participate in while the kids are having their bonding time at Grand Valley. For the many opportunities in West Michigan, please visit http://www.michiganswestcoast.com/
