Service & Advocacy Organizations

Get Involved - Join a Service or Advocacy Student Organization!

There are currently more than 40 Service and Advocacy organizations to choose from at GVSU! The complete list of organizations is available below or on OrgSync, the Office of Student Life's online student organization database.

These 40 plus organizations work closely with the Community Service Learning Center through the Service and Advocacy Council.  All Service and Advocacy organizations are required to report their volunteer hours (and philanthropic work) to the CSLC on a semesterly basis.

Any student organization that is involved with service or philanthropic efforts are encouraged to maintain regular communication with the CSLC and also report their volunteer hours.

For more information about Service & Advocacy student organizations, contact the CSLC at service@gvsu.edu (1110B Kirkhof Center) or the Student Organization Center at soc@gvsu.edu (008 Kirkhof Center).
