The end of season 5K is an essential component of the Girls on the Run program. It provides an opportunity for girls to showcase the Girls on the Run core values and life skills they have learned during the season as they support one another and work towards achieving their goal of completing a 5K. The focus of the 5K is on effort and personal improvement not competition or performance. Girls can walk, run, skip, or jump as long as they are moving forward! This is a completely non-competitive event and we will not have clock. There are a variety of volunteer roles available! Please visit our website for more information and to register! Questions? Email Shyla Nash at email@example.com or call 616-494-1719. Check us out on Facebook!
