As a host of a blood drive, the responsibilities include (but are not limited to): attending the pre-drive meeting, using the provided educational material and sign-up link from Versiti to recruit donors, filling up the appointment schedule through various methods, tabling for two separate, 2-hour long tabling sessions in the Kirkhof Center Lobby (you can reserve these at Event Services: KC 1110), drive promotion with assistance from the Office of Student Life (KC 1110) and the Promotions Office (KC 0008), and providing 1-2 volunteers throughout the day to volunteer at the snack table.
