Professor of Finance, Seidman College of Business, Grand Valley State University. Professor Dimkoff's primary teaching and research areas are managerial finance, risk and insurance, and personal finance. Has taught FPC 301, Insurance Planning since 2000, and FPC306,Capstone Case Course.


Dr. Eric J. Hoogstra

Ph.D. in Management, M.B.A., B.S.B.A., CFP®, ChFC, CLU, CFS, CM, and
NASD Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 Clinical Affiliate Professor of Finance and Program Director for the Seidman Financial Planning Certificate Program, Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Hoogstra is also the owner of West Michigan Accounting Services and Arcadia Asset Management, a business based in Holland, Michigan that focuses on comprehensive financial planning and asset management. Has taught FPC 304, Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits since 1999.


Jeffrey Palmer

B.B.A, J.D.
Estate Planning Attorney in Holland, Michigan. His law practice is dedicated to comprehensive estate, business, and philanthropic planning. Has taught FPC 305, Estate Planning since 2011.


Thomas Sullivan

M.B.A., B.B.A, CPA
Affiliate Professor of Accounting,Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mr Sullivan also has many years of prior experience in the public sector in and around Grand Rapids. Tom began teaching FPC 303, Personal Income Tax Planning in 2014.
