As part of Seidman College of Business's professional development certification program, TRACKS, the KBEI will be offering a DO Activity program led by KBEI director Michael DeWilde and veteran clinical psychotherapist Marybeth Atwell in a role-playing/interactive session where students will have the opportunity to practice verbally navigating various topics that come up in the workplace; learning how to either participate in the conversations respectfully (non-offensive) or develop techniques on how to gracefully bow out of them.

Explore subjects such as: politics, same sex, gender/women differentiation, religion, multi-generational (age biases), race and cultural differences, salary/benefit information and social media postings.

This event will be open to Seidman College of Business Students and students registered in LIB 100.
