The SCC does not have walk-in consulting hours available. The SCC does not engage in e-mail consultations; statistical consulting is best done in-person. Information on how to schedule an in-person or virtual meeting between you and a Consultant is given below.

The hours listed as “OPEN” above indicate when the Consulting Center is open for operation, but doesn’t indicate if appointments are already scheduled.

When requesting an appointment, please give at least 2 choices in order of preference (just in case your first choice is not available). All appointments must be requested at least 48 business hours in advance. You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment date and time as well as a request to send data (if available) with variable descriptions and research questions to help inform the SCC staff before our meeting time. To call in the statistician after the experiment is done may be no more than asking her/him to perform a postmortem examination: she/he may be able to say what the experiment died of. --- Fisher R.A.
