Everyone who attends the Symposium must register, including chaperones.

Registration is closed

Presenter Registration Form 
Cost: Early bird rate is $20. It will expire on 4/17/13. On this date the price will rise to $25 per registrant.  Registration will close on 4/24/13.  Poster presentations are capped at 20 posters.  No cap exists for oral presentations. 

Observer / Chaperone Registration Form  
Cost: Early bird rate is $10. It will expire on 4/17/13. On this date the price will rise to $15 per observer / chaperone.  Registration will close on 4/24/13.
