Memorial Service for Andrew Lubbers

Dear faculty, staff and retirees:
Don and Nancy Lubbers want you to know that a memorial service for their son, Robert Andrew Lubbers, will be held Saturday, September 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Fountain Street Church in Grand Rapids. Andy died earlier this month after struggling with serious mental health issues for much of his life. The Lubbers family will greet friends on Friday, September 23 from 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Cascade Road SE.
Many of us in the Grand Valley community knew Andy. We will miss him and join the Lubbers family in their grief. Don and Nancy have written an obituary on Andy's passing and the link is below.
