The posted refund deadlines apply to courses that meet the entire semester/session. Classes that meet for only part of the session/semester have different refund deadlines. Those refund deadlines can be found by using the searchable course schedule or by contacting the Registrar’s Office at (616) 331-3327 or email [email protected].
Tuition refunds are based on the difference between the amount paid and the amount due for credits remaining after courses are dropped. The block tuition rate may result in a smaller or no refund being available for dropping a course. The Tuition Refund Calculation page has additional information and examples.
