Tobacco Free For Good (TFFG) is a six session group class offered at no charge to GVSU student, faculty, staff, family members and the public. The class allows participants to develop their own plan for success. Topics covered include:

  • Overview of tobacco lifestyle
  • Health implication of smoking
  • Nicotine addiction
  • Medications and nicotine replacements
  • Planning for success
  • Stress management
  • Weight Control
  • Setback prevention
  • Fitness & recreation
