ENTRY FEE: $20.00 per team (late fee $5.00)

MANDATORY CAPTAINS MEETING:

Wednesday, April 3, 2013 @ 4:30pm in KC 2259
Each team must have a representative in attendance or the team may be dropped from the league. A $5.00 reinstatement fee will be required if there is space to be reinstated.

INDIVIDUALS (FREE AGENTS):  Help teams fill vacant spots on their rosters. You may attend the Captains Meeting or register on this website.

LEAGUE STRUCTURE:  Three (3) League Games followed by a Single Elimination Playoff. 

SITE OF COMPETITION:  Kelly Family Sports Center (KTB)  (Note:  ABSOLUTELY NO food and drink (except water) may be brought onto the turf (including gum, mints, etc.).  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Thank you for your cooperation!

PLAY BEGINS:  Sunday April 7, 2013)

DAYS & TIMES OF PLAY:  11am-6pm

EQUIPMENT:  All equipment will be provided.

ELIGIBILITY:  Current GVSU students, faculty, & staff.
