Refunds

Late fees will be collected in the form of cash/check only and will only be collected at the designated sport’s captains meeting or upon meeting with the Assistant Director or Graduate Assistant to reinstate your team.  Refunds shall be avoided.  In the instance that a refund must be requested, contact the Assistant Director of Intramurals to state the reason for your request.  Refunds may take up to one month to process.  Refunds will not be provided if at least one game is played or if at least one game is forfeited or more than half of the team’s games regular season games are completed (2 games in a 3 game regular season; 3 games in a 4 or 5 game regular seasons).
