6:45a - 7:30a Fitness Fusion Class
Fusing almost every class format into just 45 minutes, expect a predominantly cardio focused workout that incorporates elements of Turbo Kick, Zumba, Hip Hop, Hi-Lo, athletic conditioning, Pilates, and yoga .
7a-9a Continental Breakfast at hotel
8am Silent Auction opens
9a-11a Breakout Sessions
11:15a Business Meeting Begins/Wrap-up
11:15a Silent Auction bidding closes
Lunch buffet and silent auction items claim begin 15 minutes immediately following the conclusion of business meeting.
