Scheduling Conflicts

If it's absolutely necessary to cancel a scheduled league intramural game, a team must notify the Intramural Office a minimum of one business day prior to their scheduled game.  A team that cancels a game will remain in the league, however a loss will be recorded. 

NOTE:  The office must be notified by Friday before Noon for Sunday games.  If a conflict occurs for an assigned game, contact the Intramural Office (331-3218) at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled game.  Every effort will be made to adjust the game time.  Playoff brackets will be set at the playoff meeting, so playoff games will not be rescheduled. Team captain’s will be notified of any game changes.  The intramural sports program shall not be held responsible if contact was not established..
