Work out of the Week
Looking for new and fun ways to get fit? Each week, Campus Recreation develops and releases a Workout of the Week video. The WOW is designed for people to be able to watch, follow along, and exercise anywhere! While some WOW videos use new and exciting types of equipment, many videos just use things you’ll already have at home. Led by Campus Recreation group exercise instructors and other qualified staff, our WOW videos provide a great opportunity for you to challenge yourself, discover new ways to exercise, and to have fun!

This workout of the week involves plyometrics. Plyometrics are explosive exercises with the goal of increasing both speed and power. Plyometrics are mainly used by athletes to improve performance, but can also be performed by people who are not training for a specific sports. Looking for solid improvements in your fitness? Give ploys a try!
