What is Radiologic Sciences?
The profession of radiologic and imaging sciences includes nearly two dozen specialties, most of which are called "post-primary" because they are advanced areas of practice available only to professionals currently practicing in the radiologic and imaging sciences. This baccalaureate degree is specifically designed for practicing radiologic and imaging sciences professionals who wish to complete a bachelor's degree while meeting their continuing education requirements (ARRT and ARDMS accept college credit for CE requirements) and adding a post-primary specialty (to include national board examination eligibility). The university is currently planning to offer the following specialties with most classes meeting one night per week:
