Credit Application
To establish a direct-bill account, the University's standard Credit Application may be used for vendor records. Contact the Purchasing office at 616/331-2280 if you need additional assistance.

Dunn & Bradstreet is the world's leading provider of business information for credit, marketing and purchasing decisions. The University's D&B/D.U.N.S. number is 059692996.  Credit card purchases of business reports on current or potential vendors are available at the Dunn & Bradstreet website for supply management professionals.

Tax Exemption
In addition to exemption from sales and use tax in the state of Michigan, the University has tax-exempt status in the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee and Texas. Contact the Purchasing office at 616/331-2280 for a copy of the tax-exempt certificate if needed.
