Hours and Location

Although we have an open door policy at the University, we recommend that you call and schedule an appointment prior to visiting the Procurement Services team.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the University procurement process or would like additional information.

Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The Procurement Services department is located on the main campus in Allendale, MI.
