LOST AND FOUND
GVSU Department of Public Safety is the central Lost and Found for the Allendale Campus. If you are looking for items lost on Pew Campus, please contact Pew Security at 331-6677.
LOST & FOUND is maintained by the Department of Public Safety. Please note: Many buildings on campus hold items for some time before turning them into our lost and found.
To retrieve an item, please call 331-3255 to make sure a supervisor is on duty, as our lost and found is secured. You will also need to bring with you a picture ID to retrieve any and all items. All items of value are held for 180 days and non-valuables for 90 days. After that time, items are donated to local area charities.
IF YOU HAVE LOST AN ITEM:
Please call 331-3255 or stop by our office and give a description of the item lost. We will attempt to match what you have lost, with an item we have had turned into us. If we cannot match your item, we will log your information and description in our database and contact you if it is found.
IF YOU HAVE FOUND AN ITEM:
Please bring the item to Public Safety, so we can attempt to match the item to someone in our LOST database.
