In 2014, the Provost formed the Intercollege Support Request Committee to investigate the current practice of colleges and other units making financial requests from other units to support special projects that their own budgets cannot fully fund. Following the recommendation of this committee, the Intercollege/Unit Support Request Form was created.
The requesting unit completes the form when seeking financial sponsorship from any other College, unit in another College, Center, or Office.
If the requesting unit is seeking financial sponsorship from a unit outside the Academic and Student Affairs Division, approval from the unit’s Dean and Office of the Provost is needed prior to making a request.
