Orientation

All F-1 and J-1 students are required to attend the International Student Orientation held before the semester that they begin courses at GVSU.  Detailed information will be mailed to the students after they have been admitted to GVSU.
 

Orientation for this coming Winter Semster will be held Saturday January 3, 2009 on the GVSU Allendale campus.  If you will be arriving earlier or later than scheduled, please contact the Housing Office at housing@gvsu.edu.  Students transfering from another US University to Grand Valley - please check the orientation information that will be sent to you via email.  
  

The Orientation will cover class registration, F-1 regulations, housing contracts, working on campus, tax information, banking information, social security information, as well as general Grand Valley campus code and conduct.
