			Chris Borda Office Coordinator-Study Abroad bordac@gvsu.edu  Chris Borda helps students through the acceptance process and into their program for all semester long study abroad programs, including partnerships and non-GVSU programs. He is responsible for student files and works with students on a variety of processes, including registration, orientation, applications, and post-acceptance documents.
			Rebecca Hambleton Director of Study Abroad and International Partnerships  hambletr@gvsu.edu Rebecca Hambleton serves as the main contact for Faculty/Staff Exchange Grants, Partnership Delegation Grants, Partnership Development Grants, study abroad questions (excluding faculty-led programs), and questions on how to get involved with one of GVSU's international partnerships. She is responsible for study abroad theme questions, and teach abroad opportunities through JCMU, MSCA, ESSCA, UCC, and MCTS.
			Jackie MacGeorge Office Coordinator-International Students macgeorj@gvsu.edu Jackie MacGeorge assists both new and returning F1/J1 students. She assists international scholars and visitors and oversees health insurance for international students and visitors. Jackie assists the Director of International Students & Scholars with a variety of processes and programs including international student orientation.
			Meaghann Myers-Smith Study Abroad Adviser myersmea@gvsu.edu Meaghann advises and assists students during pre-acceptance to choose appropriate study abroad options based on requirements, course offerings, academic preparation, familiarity with and interest in the host culture.  She counsels students with unique issues (disabilities, dependents, chronic health problems, financial difficulties) to enable them to successfully participate in study abroad.  She is responsible for organizing study abroad fairs, Study Abroad Advising Sheets and the Online Application System for International Study (OASIS).
			Mark Schaub Executive Director schaubm@gvsu.edu   Mark serves as the Chief International Officer for GVSU and is responsible for the overall mission, goals, and strategy for PIC. He represents PIC and International Initiatives to the rest of campus and outside GVSU and supports internationalization of GVSU as a whole. He maintains faculty status and conducts faculty activities including teaching and research and works with the International Education Committee (IEC) and solicits their input on study abroad policy and procedures. He oversees international grants available for GVSU faculty, advises GVSU faculty on Fulbright Grants, and guides the selection process for Padnos Study Abroad Scholarships.
			Elena Selezneva Coordinator of Faculty-led Programs seleznee@gvsu.edu Elena Selezneva administers GVSU faculty-led programs, advises on work, travel, independent study opportunities and internships abroad. Elena conducts pre-departure ordinations for students and health/safety/emergency/liability workshops for Faculty Directors, assists in development of new faculty-led, short-term study abroad programs.
			Liz Smith Coordinator of Outreach & International Students smithliz@gvsu.edu Liz is responsible for publicity and marketing including all PIC websites and publications such as the Faculty/Staff Resource Guide, the Study Abroad Catalog and Global Connections. Liz gives intrductory presentations about study abroad at the professors request and attends GVSU outreach events. She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer and frequently meets with students to discuss Peace Corps service. In addition, Liz helps with international student orientations and taxes and is resposnsible for the OPT process.
			Kate Stoetzner Director of International Student and Scholar Services stoetznk@gvsu.edu Kate is responsible for overseeing international students and international visiting scholars at GVSU.  She is the Designated School Official and Responsible Officer at GVSU. She facilitates the international student orientation and assists students throughout the year in various capacities.
			Gary Van Harn Padnos International Center Assistant  vanharng@gvsu.edu Gary Van Harn serves as assistant to the Executive Director, manages and administers multiple budgets, grants and scholarships, maintains all financial records, serves as IEC recording secretary, and editor of Global Connections.
			Vicki Wenger Office Coordinator wengerv@gvsu.edu Vicki maintains calendars for the Executive Director and all PIC staff. She provides Passport and Visa photo services, manages front desk reception for faculty, staff, students and visitors, assists with PIC event details, Study Abroad Fairs, and International Student Orientations. She serves as the Notary Public and coordinates the sale and order of study abroad sashes.
