The Joys of Culture Shock

Nadine Morcos, an international student from Egypt, takes readers through the many stages of her experience with culture shock, and what she learned as a result.

Drs. William Crawley and Naoki Kanaboshi are taking GVSU students to Japan Center for Michigan Universities, exploring the mechanisms of low crime rate in Japanese society.
GVSU student, Jessica Smith, comes to terms with her national identity after living in Mexico, Hungary, Poland and Colombia. 
Murray Scholarship recipient, Megan Dekievit, gets a history lesson of a historic bridge during her time in Thailand.
