2014 Partnership Delegation

In celebration of the ‘100,000 Strong in the Americas’ campaign, led by the Governments of Mexico and the United States, the 2014 International Partnership Delegation visited long-standing GVSU exchange partner, Universidad de las Américas – Puebla (UDLAP) in Mexico.

UDLAP is one of Mexico’s most prestigious private universities with Schools of Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, Business and Economics.

UDLAP is located in the municipality of San Andrés Cholula, which is fifteen minutes from the city of Puebla. Founded in 1531, Puebla brings together the influences of pre-Hispanic, colonial, and modern Mexico.

The 2014 trip is the 6th Annual GVSU Partnership Delegation.  This program brings colleagues together from different areas on our campus and from our partner institutions while giving GVSU faculty and staff the opportunity to learn about the culture and education system of the host country.

The 2015 destination will be announced in the Fall and applications will be due November 2014.
