W-2 Information
2012 W2's are now available online!
If you have previously signed up by giving us permission to deliver your W2 electronically please log onto My Banner to print your W2 form. If you have not given your permission you can still sign up! Detailed instructions on how to print your W2 are available below. You will also find valuable information on how to read the boxes on your W2 and how to handle filing the required tax forms if you have an HSA medical account. If you have opted to have a printed copy of your W2 mailed to your home address those will be sent out on January 31st.

Please note that new this year Box 12 DD is an information only box that reports the value of your GVSU health coverage. This value is non-taxable. Only those covered by a GVSU medical plan will have an amount in this box. The reporting of this information is required under the Affordable Care Act beginning with the year 2012.
