Accomplishments:

  • Led a cross-functional work group which improved tray accuracy by 24% at a local long-term/sub acute care facility.
  • Initiated and led interdisciplinary Infection Control Subcommittee which decreased the number of urinary tract infections on an older adult unit.
    Initiated and coordinated interdisciplinary work group project to improve meal service to dependent residents at a local long-term care and rehab facility.
